Accept your offer

Congratulations on receiving an offer to study at RMIT University. Follow these steps to accept your offer.

Step 1. How to accept and provide a deposit

To secure your place you need to either:

  • Submit the Offer Acceptance Form to Admissions at RMIT University Vietnam by the deadline listed in your offer letter.
  • Defer the offer by calling or emailing your Student Recruitment Consultant.

Step 2: Prepare to enroll

After you accept your offer, You will receive a notification when we have received your acceptance.

Follow the instructions in the offer letter to prepare for enrolment:

  • Pay the non-refundable tuition fee deposit of VND 20,000,000 (Please refer to the payment methods for detailed information on how to pay RMIT fees);
  • Check the important dates and deadlines in your offer letter; pay attention to the enrolment start date and the commencement date;

If your offer has conditions of entry attached, you must meet these before RMIT Vietnam will enroll and allow you to commence the program. You are advised to submit any documents required to meet these conditions as soon as possible.

Check your email account for your enrolment instructions from RMIT Vietnam’s Registrar and follow the enrolment instructions to enroll. For enrolment dates please visit important dates and academic calendar.

Your acceptance will be processed upon receipt of your deposit by the deadline listed in your offer letter.

It is important to note that together with the acceptance form, the deposit paid serves as confirmation you will take up the place offered. If you choose not to accept the offer and provide a deposit by the deadline, your spot may be released for another applicant.

When RMIT receives your deposit, your place in the program will be reserved. Provided academic and English entry conditions are met, this deposit will then be deducted from your first-semester tuition fees. The deposit will only be refunded if you fail to meet entry requirements, or if the university cancels the intake.
