Overview

The Postgraduate Scholarship is open to new students applying for study in one of the RMIT Vietnam Master's programs (Master of Business Administration, Master of International Business, Master of Artificial Intelligence). The scholarship is awarded based on academic achievement, work experience, community involvement, and leadership qualities.

The scholarship is assessed and awarded semesterly to prospective students enrolling in the applying semester. Details as follows:

*Note:

  • RMIT Vietnam reserves the right to adjust the values and allocation of the scholarships at its discretion
  • Once accepted, the scholarship cannot be transferred to another study program

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

  • meet the entry requirements of the applying Master's program at RMIT Vietnam;
  • be commencing your study in a semester in 2023.

Selection criteria

The scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement, work experience, community involvement, and leadership.

The selection process includes screening, shortlisting, and interview.

Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview. Interview date is subject to change.


Scholarship application requirements

You are required to provide the following supporting documents in your scholarship applications:

1. A personal statement of maximum 500 words outlining:

  • How a postgraduate degree in your selected program from RMIT Vietnam will help you achieve your study and career goals;
  • Your plans for the future;
  • Why you are a good candidate for the postgraduate scholarship.

2. A copy of your Curriculum vitae (CV);

3. Two recommendation letters from a manager, colleague, or lecturer.

Note:

  • All supporting documents must be in English.
  • RMIT Vietnam will only consider candidates who have provided all required documents by the scholarship application deadline.

  • Before applying for the scholarship, we recommend applicants to read the Scholarship Terms and Conditions.
  • The scholarship application process is highly competitive with a limited number of scholarships available. Unfortunately, not all eligible applicants will receive one.

Key dates 

Semester 2-2023:

  • Applications close: 5:00 pm (GMT+7), 22 May 2023
  • Release of outcome: 16 June 2023

Semester 3-2023: 

  • Applications close: 5:00 pm (GMT+7), 5 September 2023
  • Release of outcome: 29 September 2023
