Step 1: Submit an application to study at RMIT Vietnam
Follow the steps to apply for a postgraduate program of your choice. Please allow up to 10 business days for RMIT to assess and advise the outcome of your admission application.
Step 2: Receive an application ID
You will receive an application ID from your program advisor, who will be assigned to you by RMIT. The process may take 2-3 working days from the time you submit your documents.
Your scholarship application will only be considered eligible when you have an application ID (of your Application Form to study at RMIT Vietnam)
Step 3: Prepare your scholarship documents
You are required to provide the following supporting documents in your scholarship applications. All supporting documents must be in English and combined into a single .pdf file, with a maximum of 9 pages and no larger than 16 MB.
1. Personal Statement (1 page / Max 500 words)
- How a postgraduate degree from RMIT Vietnam will help you achieve your academic and career goals;
- Your plans for the future and how you intend to contribute to the RMIT community and wider society;
- Why you are an exceptional candidate for this postgraduate scholarship.
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV): A CV of no more than 3 pages
3. Two recommendation letters from a manager, colleague, or lecturer. (2 Pages Max / Max 500 Words Per Letter). Each letter must include the recommender's full name, email address, and phone number.
4. Portfolio of Evidence (3 pages max): Supporting evidence demonstrating your achievements, experiences, skills, and contributions. Candidates may be contacted to provide additional supporting evidence if required.
- Attach verifiable evidence (certificates, letter, or photos of actual activities with clear captions) for community activities or outstanding achievements
- Quantity limit: Only 01 representative piece of evidence per activity
- External links are not eligible
RMIT Vietnam will only consider candidates who have provided all required documents by the scholarship application deadline.
Step 4: Submit your scholarship application
Scholarship applications must be submitted through the official online application form below, together with all required supporting documentation, by the closing date and time as listed on the scholarship page.
Applications and supporting documentation will not be accepted via email or after the deadline.
Offer and acceptance
Step 5: Wait for your application to be assessed
After submitting your scholarship application, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided in your application form. The confirmation email will include the date by which you can expect to receive your scholarship outcome. Please note that the Scholarship Office only notifies successful applicants; if you have not received an offer by the stated date, your application was unsuccessful.
Step 6: Accept your scholarship
If you receive a scholarship offer, you will receive an email with a deadline and instructions on how to accept.
You must review and accept the scholarship’s terms and conditions. These conditions may affect your ability to change your program, fail courses, defer your studies and/or take a leave of absence.
