RMIT award winners celebrated at Staff Recognition Awards

This special event recognised staff who have gone above and beyond, as well as celebrated those who have reached significant milestones during their time at RMIT Vietnam.

RMIT Vietnam’s Staff Recognition Awards were held on 1 August 2022 in a live streamed ceremony across RMIT campuses.

This special event recognised staff who have gone above and beyond, as well as celebrated those who have reached significant milestones during their time at RMIT Vietnam.

Recipients were awarded across three categories.

This year, there were 11 recipients of the Living RMIT’s Values Award, 8 recipients of the Distinguished Service Award and 44 Long Service Award Recipients.

Director of Human Resources Annie Gale said that the awards are a special reminder about the importance of celebrating achievements.

“It’s wonderful to hear about the different ways our staff have embodied our RMIT values.

“Our recipients are helping to shape our University for the better through leading by example and being an inspiration to their fellow colleagues and students.

“This year we also have 44 Long Service Award recipients, with 9 recipients reaching an incredible milestone of 15 years of service with RMIT Vietnam, which is such an amazing achievement.

“Whether it’s through teaching, research, student experience or the dedication to the work they do, the outstanding contribution that all our recipients make to the University is to be honoured and congratulated.”
