Students join a country team and take part in culturally based games that help develop their thinking, learning and reading skills. There will be weekly winners, as well as one Grand Champion at the end of the program.
The program is run in partnership with the Japanese Culture Club, PRIDE Club, Charity and Environment Club and the RMIT Photography Club Hanoi.
The program runs for 12 weeks, with new games every phase.
From Week 9 to 12 Semester 1 and Week 0 to 7 Semester 2/2026.
Students can join any week and play one or more games. More entries per person per game is allowed.
Bi-weekly winners will be announced. Points will be collected to throne the Grand Champion at the end.

Week 0 – 1 Semester 2 (22 Jun – 5 July)
Participants will explore themes of equality and inclusion through activities inspired by Taiwan’s milestone in LGBTQ+ rights. This week connects cultural understanding with library resources on diversity, identity and social change.
Result released on 6 July.

Week 2 – 3 Semester 2 (6 July – 19 July)
Step into a world where tradition meets modern life. Through interactive activities, participants will explore Japanese culture, literature and everyday experiences. The library will guide your journey with resources on the Japanese language, storytelling and cultural insights.

Week 4 – 8 Semester 2 (20 July – 16 August)
As the birthplace of RMIT, Australia represents the university’s roots and learning culture. Inspired by this, participants will capture moments of reading culture in their daily lives — how, where and why they read.
The library supports this journey by promoting reading as part of student life through its spaces, resources and community.
Format: media contest. Result released on week 8/2026.

Individual with the highest total score across the entire event (12 weeks)
Individual with the highest score of bi- week. Each country will have one bi-weekly individual winner.
Prize will be awarded at the end of the week.
