The Book Swap event has grown into a meaningful tradition over the past 10 years, bringing the RMIT community together through a shared love of reading and sustainability. Each year, thousands of books find new homes as students and staff exchange stories, knowledge and ideas.
Beyond swapping books, the program has expanded to include collaborations with student clubs, creative activities and community donation drives for children’s books and stationery. These efforts promote reading, reuse and connection across campuses. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Book Swap continues to inspire a culture of sharing, learning and sustainability within the university community.
