To ensure sessions run smoothly and provide the greatest value for participants, please follow the guidelines below when preparing and delivering your presentation.
Paper sessions typically include three to five thematically grouped papers to encourage focused discussion within a specific area of management research. Each presenter is allocated a time slot comprising 10 minutes for the formal presentation, followed by up to 5 minutes for brief clarification questions.
Please prepare your slides in a standard 16:9 aspect ratio and save them as either a PowerPoint file or a PDF. Presenters should bring their presentation file on a USB drive. Alternatively, you may email your slides to aaom2026@rmit.edu.vn at least 24 hours in advance. In the email subject line, please include your Submission ID and Session ID.
To maintain a consistent and professional appearance across sessions, please use a plain white background and a standard, highly legible font. Use font sizes that remain readable for audience members seated at the back of the room. Keep slides concise, avoid crowded layouts, and ensure that any tables or figures are clearly readable at a distance. Where possible, prioritise one main point per slide.
Presenters are required to arrive at their assigned room at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to upload slides to the conference laptop and introduce themselves to the session chair. The session chair will provide time signals when 5 minutes and 1 minute remain. Please respect the allocated time so that all authors in the session have an equal opportunity to present.
Your presentation should focus on the core theoretical contribution, the methodology, and the primary findings. Given the diversity of the AAOM audience, we encourage you to frame implications in a way that demonstrates relevance both to your sub-field and to the broader management discipline.
The poster session is designed to support one-on-one engagement and detailed scholarly discussion. Posters should be printed in portrait orientation in A0 size (84.1 cm wide by 118.9 cm high). For legibility, use a minimum font size of 24 points for the main text and larger sizes for titles and section headings. Posters are most effective when they combine concise text with clear graphics, charts, and tables that communicate key data and insights at a glance.
Authors are responsible for printing and transporting posters to the venue. Please note that on-site printing will not be available.
Please arrive at the designated poster area at least 10 minutes before your session begins to locate your assigned board and mount your poster using the supplies provided. At least one author must remain at the poster for the full duration of the session to answer questions and network with colleagues.
We recommend preparing a brief 3-minute overview of your work to share with visitors as they arrive. This approach often initiates more productive dialogue than waiting for specific questions. At the conclusion of the session, please remove your poster promptly so the area can be prepared for subsequent events.
