Conference registration opens early March 2026. Tiered pricing is offered for early and regular registration.

Note
- AAOM is registered in Hong Kong and uses the Hong Kong dollar as official currency. Registration includes a two-year membership at the Asia Academy of Management.
- All attendees must complete registration and full payment in advance. Payment will not be accepted on site at the conference.
- Accepted papers without at least one registered author will be withdrawn and excluded from the conference and will not be reinstated thereafter.

Visa Information
- Visa requirements for entering Vietnam vary depending on your nationality and length of stay. Some travellers may be eligible for visa-free entry. We recommend checking the official website of your country’s foreign ministry or contacting the nearest Vietnamese embassy or consulate for the most up-to-date requirements.
- Visitors may enter Vietnam on either a Tourist Visa or a Business Visa. A Business Visa is not required for conference attendance unless specifically mandated by your institution. In most cases, a Tourist Visa offers faster processing and requires fewer supporting documents.
