The school is proud of its strong relationships with industry, and our students are directly engaged with industry experts through guest lectures, careers fairs, competitions, projects, internships and advisory boards.
The School works closely with industry through our Industry Advisory Board to ensure that our courses are aligned with industry demand and our graduates are positioned to meet the needs of business.
Complementing these connections, our teaching philosophy of ‘authentic assessment’ also gives students the opportunity to work directly with businesses in finding real world solutions to real world business problems.
In addition to industry connections, the School has strong links with government both domestically and internationally. A highlight in this area are the Asia Region Law Enforcement Management Program (ARLEMP) and Border Control Agency Management Program (BCAMP). With these endeavours, the School works in partnership with the Australian Federal Police, the Vietnamese and Australian Governments, as well as partner agencies and NGOs throughout ASEAN region to enhance capability development with significant impact.
