Myunjoong Kim has worked in the communication industry in South Korea for 18 years. He taught Korean culture at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages - Information Technology (HUFLIT) before joining RMIT’s Department of Professional Communication in February 2022.

Myunjoong Kim has worked for several global and local media in South Korea as a reporter, editor, and communication officer. When Myunjoong worked in the media industry, he mainly covered popular cultures such as films, music, arts, literature, sports, and travel. He was also an Editor-in-Chief of an inflight magazine and a Media Team Leader of a non-profit organization in Seoul, South Korea.
