Associate Professor Hiep Pham is the Deputy Dean of Research & Innovation at the Business School, RMIT Vietnam and Co-Head of CBET. Previously, he served as Head of the Department of Business Innovation and led the Cybersecurity Research and Innovation Hub at RMIT Vietnam. His research focuses on cybersecurity management, supply chain management, and business technologies. A/Prof Pham has secured several large DFAT grants to support Critical Infrastructure Uplift projects in Vietnam. Additionally, he is a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Information & Computer Security.
Binh is the Co-Lead of CBET and an academic thought leader driving the field of digital economy and education, exploring how AI, Blockchain, virtual and other digital technologies revolutionise the economy and education. He has published in top-tier academic journals on digital research areas and regularly influences policy makers and industry in the areas of the digital economy.
Dr Dao Le Trang Anh is a lecturer in Finance at RMIT Vietnam, Hanoi Campus. Dr. Anh’s research expertise spans across climate change mitigation, financial development, and Asian studies. She has published research articles in well-ranked journals (A*/A/Q1 journal). She was awarded “Research Impact Award – Early Career Academic” by The Business School at RMIT Vietnam in 2024, and “Literati Award Winners 2022” for Outstanding Paper from Journal of Economic Studies. Dr. Anh currently serves as Associate Editor for International Journal of Social Economics.
Holds PhD in Operations Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia. At RMIT University, his teaching areas include Management of Information Systems and Logistics and Supply Chain Management. His research interest includes decision-making, operations and production management and supply chain sustainability. His research appeared in Journal of Production Planning and Control, Total Quality Management and Business Excellence, Operations Management Research, Business Strategy and the Environment, Business Process Management Journal, Journal of Cleaner Production and others.
Dr Huy Truong Quang is the Research Theme Lead of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at RMIT Vietnam. He has held key management roles, including Purchasing and Warehouse Manager at Nipro Vietnam, a leading Japanese medical device manufacturer. He earned his Ph.D. from Kyoto University, Japan, focusing on supply chain management, risk, quality, sustainability, and digitalization. His research is published in top-tier journals, and he has led projects across Japan, Europe, and Vietnam with funding from prestigious organizations such as the Japanese Government, the European Commission, and major universities worldwide.
Dr Huy Pham is a senior lecturer in finance at RMIT University in Vietnam, founder of RMIT FinTech-Crypto Hub, and a regular member of the American Finance Association. He is also the APAC Sustainability Theme Lead of RMIT Sustainable Technologies and Systems Platform. He is among the very first academics who brought various knowledge on FinTech, crypto and blockchain to RMIT University. He has published his research work in top-tier academic journals, including Energy Economics, Accounting and Finance, International Review of Finance, Economic Modelling, Energy Policy and Applied Economics, among many others. As a leading researcher in the fields of sustainable finance, FinTech, cryptocurrencies, asset pricing and empirical finance, Huy’s research intertwines these fields to address UN SDGs (focusing on SDG 4, 6, 7, 9, 11 and 13) and create a more sustainable world. He is also one of the most sought-after sustainable finance, fintech and blockchain experts in the APAC region for advisory, research and mentoring activities whereby he has spoken at Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) events and provide media comments from global premium news outlets such as AFP, Fortune, Tech in Asia, Nikkei Asia, ThinkChina, FintechNews, Vietnam Investment Review and Vietnam Economic Times. Huy was the former CFO of GreenAnt, a technology startup focusing on AI and satellite technologies to address climate issues.
Dr Phong Nguyen is a Lecturer at RMIT University, Vietnam. Phong holds a PhD degree in Management at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Phong’s research focuses on blockchain-related phenomena examining issues related to a) the economic mechanisms and outcomes of blockchain platform governance, b) predictors of blockchain innovation, and c) country-level adoption of cryptocurrencies and decentralised finance. In addition, Phong also examines topics in management and organisational psychology fields including change and crisis management, workgroup diversity, and workplace contexts (e.g., humour, presenteeism and incivility). His work has been published in Journal of Organizational Behavior, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Business Research, Human Resource Management Review, Organizational Psychology Review, etc. Phong previously served as a Guest Editor of a Special Issue in the Journal of Organizational Behavior and is currently an editorial board member of the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science.

Dr Duy Dang holds a PhD degree in Business Information Systems and serves as Interim Associate Head of Department (Research and Innovation) in The Business School, RMIT Vietnam. His expertise spans Management Information Systems (MIS), with a focus on information security behaviors and management, digital transformation, and emerging digital technologies. Prior to his current role, he served as HDR Coordinator and Delegated Authority, managing six PhD programs across business disciplines, and as Senior Program Manager for the Bachelor of IT and Bachelor of Software Engineering programs. In 2024, he was honored as a Fulbright U.S. Scholar-in-Residence at Gonzaga University, USA, and he is also a Co-founder of the Vietnam Chapter of the Association for Information Systems (VAIS).
Dr Santiago Velasquez is the Associate Program Manager, Management (MBA), having over 15 years of global experience in forestry consulting and academia. His research interests include digital transformation and management accounting, holding a PhD related to the latter. Santiago has extensive industry and teaching experience across Latin America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, and is deeply involved in forging international collaborations and strategic project management.
Dr Oanh Vu is a Senior lecturer of International Business, having a track record of successfully conducting research and engaging in the industry, with valuable past experience working as a Training Program Manager and a Director of Operations in big firms. Conducting various research across sectors and nations has built her strong research profile with highly ranked publications, including multiple A* and A.
