Registration information
- The registration platform will be closed for new registration payments on 1st April 2026 at 23:59 (Vietnam time, GMT+7)
- Attendees are required to register and complete their full payment in advance. We do not accept payment at the conference.
- For attendees registering as PhD Student/Student, please be noted that you will be asked to submit ONE of the following supporting documents:
- A copy of your Letter of Enrollment
- A written document from your university, confirming your student status.
- A copy of your valid Student ID
- At least one author from each accepted submission must register to attend the IFFTI 2026 Conference by 23 February 2026 at 23:59 (Vietnam time, GMT+7)
- Accepted papers without at least one registered author will be withdrawn and will not be included in the conference proceedings. After this point withdrawn submissions will not be reinstated.
- Representatives from Member Institution of IFFTI (two from each Regular/Outreach Member Institution; one from each Associate Member Institution): Conference and Gala dinner fee are already included in IFFTI Membership Fee.
- Distinguished members are offered special rate (inclusive of Gala Dinner)
- We provide each IFFTI Member with coupon codes corresponding to their membership status. Please insert the coupon code at the final step, before submitting the registration form.

Important notes
- Participant fees are quoted in Vietnam Dong (VND). All bank charges shall be borne by the payer.
- Participants can pay in foreign currency and the bank of RMIT Vietnam will convert it into VND automatically.
