The environmental license is a document issued by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to RMIT University Vietnam, regulating environmental management and protection activities including waste, wastewater, emissions and other environmental protection activities/ requirements according to the Law on environmental protection.
The Environmental Incident Response Plan (EIR) reflects RMIT University Vietnam’s commitment to responsible environmental management and regulatory compliance. Developed in accordance with the Law on Environmental Protection and relevant legal requirements, this plan ensures proactive preparedness in preventing, responding to, and minimising environmental incidents, supporting community wellbeing and long‑term sustainability.
