    Human Resouce Management major

    Students develop a comprehensive understanding of the people-related aspects of organisational change, helping them drive successful change initiatives. A solid understanding of Human Resource Management principles can help students to better engage and support employees during periods of organisational change, ensuring their well-being and fostering a positive work environment. Careers could include HR Business Partner, Organisational Development Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Employee Relations Specialist or Training and Development Specialist.

    Finance major

    This combination equips students with a comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects of organisational change, helping them drive successful change initiatives. Prospective careers can include Financial Analyst, Corporate Development Analyst, Risk Management Specialist or Portfolio Manager.

    Global Business major

    This combination equips students with a comprehensive understanding of the international aspects of organisational change, helping them drive successful change initiatives in a global context. Potential careers could include International Project Manager, Global Business Analyst, Global Supply Chain Manager, International HR Specialist or Cross-Cultural.
