About

Dr Hoang Phan is an applied microbiologist and biotechnologist with a passion for innovative food technology and sustainable agriculture. His research encompasses a broad range of areas, including food microbiology, microencapsulation of bioactive compounds, animal health and nutrition, gene sequencing, material science, and smart agriculture supply chain. With experience in corporate R&D and manufacturing environments, and C-level positions in start-ups, Dr Phan has also taught STEM and business courses in Australia and Vietnam since 2017. He is a certified mentor, trainer, and coach with expertise in technical and business operations. He is also a Co-convenor of Aus4Skills by Australian Embassy and a Co-Chair of Executive Committee for Hinrich Foundation. Dr Phan's dedication to bridging science and business for sustainable development has earned him recognition in both academic and industry circles. His work integrates state-of-the-art techniques, field observations, and tracking technologies into scalable industrial application potentials.
