About

Dr. Jung Woo Han is the Interim Deputy Dean of Academic and Quality at RMIT University Vietnam and a Senior Lecturer in the College of Business and Law. His research programme spans HRM, career development, and pedagogy — three interconnected fields unified by a shared inquiry into how people and organisations adapt and build confidence under conditions of rapid change. His work examines sustainable HRM practices, digital transformation in the workplace, entrepreneurship and firm performance, and the scholarship of teaching and learning in higher education. Since 2024, he has led the academic programme of the Higher Education Community of Practice (HE CoP), a national platform connecting university leaders across Vietnam on digital pedagogy and work-integrated learning. He is the founder of the PRME Research Working Group — a transnational initiative with RMIT and Auckland University of Technology (AUT) New Zealand — which presented at the United Nations Summit of the Future (2024). In 2025, he secured a Routledge contract for a multi-volume Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) book series.
