Dr. Giang Hoang is a management scholar with a primary focus on the impact of leadership on individual, team, and organizational outcomes, particularly within service sectors. His current research encompasses a variety of projects related to leadership behaviors, employee creativity and well-being, team innovation, and sustainable organizational development.
