The program lasted for one week and focused on two key skills, "Communication with influence" and "Budget & financial planning”. It equipped mid-level managers with the necessary skills to communicate effectively, make better decisions, and achieve higher business efficiency.

The aim of this pilot program was to test the approach for skills training in enterprises, evaluate its effectiveness, and assess the implementation methods in Hai Phong City. It also offered opportunities for RMIT to cooperate in skills training in Hai Phong City.

According to General Director of Sao Do Group Mr Nguyen Thanh Phuong, in light of the shortage of qualified logistics workforce in Hai Phong, Sao Do Group decided to sponsor this training program. Together with logistics enterprises and RMIT University, they wanted to develop a training model that is both in-depth and relevant to Hai Phong, which is developing its marine economy strongly and requires a great deal of high-quality human talent for this field.

The Sao Do Group top executive also expects that the graduates of the pilot program will use the knowledge and skills gained from the course to make a real impact. Moreover, the experiences from the first course will also be studied so that the subsequent courses can benefit from the lessons learned.
