The 2025 HR Forum, hosted by The Business School, RMIT Vietnam, brings together HR leaders, business executives, academics and students to explore how the HR profession is redefining itself in an era powered by employee experience, data analytics and strategic impact.​

This year’s theme “Next-Gen HR: Experience and Analytics for Impact” highlights how HR is evolving from process-driven andoperational support to becoming a strategic powerhouse that shapes culture, capability and organisational performance.​
