Prior to joining RMIT Vietnam, she has worked as a lecturer and researcher at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand during 2016 – 2020 and as a lecturer at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka during 2009 – 2021.

Worked as a Bloomberg Champion (a Voluntary position) at the Trading Room of the UC Business School at University of Canterbury from 2017 – 2020. The main responsibilities of this role included conducting Bloomberg-based training for students, staff, visitors/visiting students, providing one-to-one help sessions for researchers to obtain data from Bloomberg and participating at various support sessions provided by the Bloomberg.
