Before joining RMIT Vietnam, Dr. Phuong was an Assistant Professor at Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence, Delhi NCR, India and a faculty at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand. Her teaching and research interests lie at the intersection of people, organisations, society and sustainability. Before joining the academia, Dr. Phuong worked for the International Organisation for Migration – UN Migration in London, UK and in HCMC, Vietnam.
