Dr. Emmy Hoang is a Senior Lecturer in the Business School (TBS) at RMIT Vietnam. She is also the Senior Program Manager for the Bachelor of Digital Marketing.

In 2017, Dr. Hoang received recognition as a Young Scholar from the Pacific Telecommunications Council, a program designed to identify and support emerging scholars in the field of information and communication technologies. From 2015 to 2016, she was a visiting Ph.D. researcher at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). 

Her research combines computational social sciences and computer science to investigate consumer behavior, digital business transformation, fintech innovations, social networks, and methodology advancements for causal inference using large-scale digital trace data. She collaborates with leading partners in Asia, America, and Europe under non-disclosure agreements. Dr. Hoang's interdisciplinary expertise and industry collaborations shape transformative business practices, providing valuable insights to navigate the dynamic digital landscape and drive the future of digital marketing and technology-driven strategies.
