Hai has acquired unique experiences in higher education system in Vietnam in the role of a lecturer at both public and private institutions including Hanoi University of Industry, Phenikaa University and the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology. His teaching approach is driven by a flexible combination of research-informed and industry-relevant model and his goal is to help students learn problem solving skills that will be useful well after the course is finished so that their learned skills are transferable and have long-term impacts.
