  • The confirmation of enrolment letter is an official statement issued by RMIT University Vietnam certifying a student's enrolment status.
  • This letter may serve as a supporting document for visa applications, job applications, further study, and more.

How to request a Confirmation of Enrolment Letter

  • Students can submit their request via myRMITthe student self-service platform for managing their studies, from enrolment through to graduation.
  • Typically, the confirmation of enrolment letter will be ready at Student Connect within 7 business days, excluding the submission day, weekends or public holidays.
  • Students should ensure all required fields in the request form are completed, as the processing time may exceed 7 business days if the University needs to contact them for verification.

If the student cannot collect the letter in person

  • Students who are unable to collect the letter in person may request delivery to a preferred address (shipping fees apply) or authorise a third party to collect it on their behalf.
  • These requests must be made via a student’s email account through the Student Connect Online Portal.

Planning for urgent needs

  • Students are encouraged to plan and submit their requests early to ensure the letter is available when needed.
  • For urgent requests outside the standard processing timeframe, students will need to provide supporting documents that justify the urgency of their request.
