Library Pride Week 2025

At the library, Pride Week 2025 was anything but ordinary. Bursting with colour, laughter and interactive activities, the library became the ultimate hub for celebrating inclusion, creativity and togetherness.

The library celebrates Pride Week 2025

Pride Week 2025 at RMIT Vietnam closed on a sparkling note, leaving campuses buzzing with colour, laughter and connection. The student-led campaign once again shone a light on inclusion, belonging and the stories that unite our diverse community.

Laughter and excitement filled the Pride games area

This year, the Library proudly joined hands with the Student Council, Student Life and other departments to roll out a series of Pride-inspired activities across both SGS and Hanoi campuses. Together, we created spaces where students and staff could learn, play, and simply enjoy Pride Week in true RMIT fashion.

Messages of love and belonging left at the Sharing Corner

At the Library Fair, rainbow-energy took center stage with interactive games, a DIY bookmark workshop, and lively online challenges. These moments not only showcased library services in a fresh way but also sparked conversations about the LGBTIQAP+ community, proof that learning and fun can go hand in hand.

Purple pride in full bloom at the Library

The excitement continued into Wear It Purple Day, when purple became the colour of the day across the Library. Students, academics and staff all showed up in style, turning the space into a lively celebration. Pride walls filled with colours, heartfelt notes at the Sharing Corner and countless photo-worthy moments reflected the unity and spirit of RMIT’s community in both the North and the South.

Celebrate PRIDE, the Library style

Pride Week 2025 may be over but the energy and togetherness it created will carry on. The Library was proud to stand with students and staff in celebrating diversity, creativity and community spirit across both campuses. Until next year, let’s keep the colours of Pride shining bright at RMIT.
