Ifeanyi Odoh

Strategy and Innovation Manager, Schneider Electric Vietnam

Engineer, Specialist in New Energy and New Markets, with a strong business orientation and solid international experience. Graduate of École Polytechnique Paris, France, he has worked for 10 years with Schneider Electric, one of the leading companies in energy management and Automation solutions worldwide.

Initially working in Research and Development in Renewable Energy & Electric Cars with in the global innovation hub of Grenoble, France, he returned to Nigeria to head the Solar Business for West Africa. Specialist in local applications of solar energy in the region, he has participated in the completion of numerous key solar projects, including the electrification of rural communities, schools, hospitals and industries impacting over 10,000 people.

Later as the Head of Business Development & Offer Marketing in Schneider Electric Nigeria, he ensured the implementation of Advanced Energy Management & Automation solution impacting Buildings, Data centers, Industries & Infrastructure including Smart Grid technology across 4 countries in West Africa.

In his current role, he drives the adoption of the New Energy Landscape & Sustainability Business for customers in Vietnam & Cambodia.

Le Dang Khoa

Chairman, Le Group Ventures 

Le Dang Khoa has been recognised as one of the youngest successful entrepreneurs in Vietnam.

Khoa first started as the CEO of  Balaxanh Fertilising Manufacture, a 20-year-old company that produces and distributes fertilising nationwide.  After 10 years, Khoa started his journey as a startup investor. He is the owner of Danang Dragons Basketball team – The Champion of VBA 2016 In 2018, he has become the youngest Shark in Shark Tank Vietnam – a reality show for startups.

Le Group Ventures has already invested in more than 20 startups in various industries.

Having grown up in a remote rural area in Binh Dinh province, with a strong passion for the sustainable agriculture business, Dong is currently the General Director of an initiative and sustainable agriculture firm  Les Vergers Du Mekong with 200 employees for 20 years with the brand LE FRUIT. 

Matthew Lourey

Managing Partner, Acclime Vietnam 

Matthew is a qualified accountant who has resided in Vietnam for more than 18 years. Matthew leads Acclime Vietnam, which provides market entry, compliance, accounting, payroll and tax advisory to foreign investors in Vietnam, through its offices in HCMC, Hanoi and Danang. He has extensive experience working in Australia for Big 4 accounting firms and investment funds, and since residing in Vietnam Matthew has spent much of his time advising foreign investors in the industrial/manufacturing, technology, and online digital space on successfully undertaking business in Vietnam, corporate investment transactions, market entry and corporate finance. 

Nguyen Huu An

CEO, TESO

Huu An started out as an IT engineer before deciding to spend a considerable amount of time running businesses in the technology industry. He has a keen interest in ground-breaking business concepts, and once took home the top prize in the Vietnam Startup Wheel 2018, which led him to fall in love with Saigon and start TESO here. 

His two main areas of interest are technology and digital business. He always strives to develop practical technological solutions that bring true values that benefit people and sustainable development.

Tran Ngoc Minh

Retail Operation Manager, L'Oréal Vietnam

Tran Ngoc Minh is currently Retail Operation Manager at L'Oréal Luxe, L'Oréal Vietnam. In this role, she leads a team providing all aspects of operation, including retail & sales operation, marketing operation and division operation.

She has 15 years of retail in luxury cosmetic, experience in both administration and operation. Minh has been recognised and highly regarded as Solution-Advisors and Providers to most of day to day operational issues in L'Oréal Luxe. Minh and her lovely team are a small yet powerful backbone for the Luxe army.

A big believer in people development, she empowers employees to foster collaborative thinking to drive further innovation in the workplace. By closing the loop and leveraging agile frameworks, she aims to operate efficiently to support business growth and nurture a growth mindset to overcome all challenges.

Trinh Chi Cuong

CEO, Dai Dong Tien Corporation

Graduated with a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering in Nanyang Polytechnic and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (specialising in Marketing and International Business), Mr Trinh Chi Cuong has been CEO of Dai Dong Tien Corporation - a family-owned business of production of plastics household products - since 2007. He has led many innovation in distribution reorganisation, company culture retraining, product launch and market penetration into new market overseas, lean manufacturing methodology, modernising strategic management, etc... are a few achievement internal of the company. He has been studying the trend of 4.0 for new breakthrough for Dai Dong Tien to be at the forefront of the competition both in Vietnam and in the region.
