RMIT Global Business Forum 2025​: Attracting FDI to Vietnam in the Rising Era: Multi- Stakeholder Dialogues for Breakthroughs​

  • Vietnam is rising as a regional innovation hub, attracting record-breaking levels of foreign direct investment (FDI). In just the first half of 2025, the country welcomed over $21.5 billion in FDI – a testament to its growing global appeal.​
  • The Global Business Forum 2025, proudly co-organised with the Southern Investment promotion, Information and Support Center (Under FIA, MOF), brings together government leaders, international investors, business executives, academics, and students to exchange perspectives and build collaborative pathways for FDI success.​
  • This half-day event will feature keynote speeches from both government and industry, real-world insights from FDI enterprises and Vietnamese businesses, and an expert panel exploring breakthrough strategies for Vietnam’s investment landscape.​

Objectives

  • The Global Business Forum 2025 is a high-impact platform bringing together policy leaders, international investors, industry innovators, and the academic community to shape Vietnam’s evolving role in the global investment landscape.​
  • This year’s forum will explore breakthrough strategies to attract and optimise foreign direct investment (FDI), showcasing real-world partnerships between foreign-invested enterprises and Vietnamese businesses. Through keynote speeches, high-level panel discussions, and interactive networking, participants will gain insights into
  • Vietnam’s policy environment, sector-specific opportunities, and innovation potential in the context of rapid regional transformation.​
  • Beyond investment and policy discussions, the forum also aims to connect diverse stakeholders, from government agencies and business associations to students and young professionals, creating a unique space for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaboration. ​
