RMIT PhD symposium 2021

About

RMIT PhD symposium 2021 will be held during Semester 3 Week 5 on Friday, 19th November 2021. The event this year will be held online via Microsoft Teams. RMIT PhD symposium aims at creating a nurturing environment for HDR candidates to present their work, exchange ideas and receive feedback from fellow candidates and senior academics. In addition, this event will strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and research culture throughout RMIT Vietnam.

The symposium is a compulsory activity for all HDR candidates of RMIT Vietnam, with an exception of those who are on leave of absence. RMIT Vietnam academics currently pursuing a doctoral degree are also encouraged to present their work at the symposium.

  • Deadline for registration: Friday 8th October 2021
  • Deadline to submit presentations: Friday 29th October 2021
  • Symposium date: Friday 19th November 2021

Presentation format

Presenters will have: 1 minute for self-introduction, 10 minutes for presentation followed by Q&A session.
