Insight is one of the most mysterious topics in the world of Marketing & Communications, and the key to unlocking customer behaviour. However, most explanations about insights are either abstract or incomplete, making it hard for beginners to grasp this important concept.

Interviewing people is a great way to explore interesting insights. This session designates to equip you with practical strategies and tactics to conduct consumer’s interviews. 

  • Be aware of common challenges occur during the interviews
  • Learn key steps to approach interviewees
  • Learn tools/techniques/tactics to conduct interviews
  • Analyse – Simple steps to decode collected information into insights
