Step 1: Submit an application to study at RMIT Vietnam
Submit an application to study at RMIT Vietnam as an international student. Please allow up to 10 business days for RMIT to assess and advise the outcome of your admission application.
Step 2: Receive an application ID
You will receive an application ID from your program advisor, who will be assigned to you by RMIT. The process may take 2-3 working days from the time you submit your documents.
Your scholarship application will only be considered eligible when you have an application ID (of your Application Form to study at RMIT Vietnam)
Step 3: Prepare your scholarship documents
Application requirements and deadlines vary depending on the scholarship. Please refer to each scholarship webpage for specific information including application deadlines and outcome releases.
Step 4: Submit your scholarship application
Scholarship applications must be submitted through the official online application form below, together with all required supporting documentation, by the closing date and time as listed on the scholarship page.
Applications and supporting documentation will not be accepted via email or after the deadline.
Offer and acceptance
Step 5: Wait for your application to be assessed
After submitting your scholarship application, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided in your application form. The confirmation email will include the date by which you can expect to receive your scholarship outcome. Please note that the Scholarship Office only notifies successful applicants; if you have not received an offer by the stated date, your application was unsuccessful.
Step 6: Accept your scholarship
If you receive a scholarship offer, you will receive an email with a deadline and instructions on how to accept.
You must review and accept the scholarship’s terms and conditions. These conditions may affect your ability to change your program, fail courses, defer your studies and/or take a leave of absence.
Please carefully review the scholarship terms and conditions before accepting your offer.

- The scholarship application process is highly competitive with a limited number of scholarships available. Unfortunately, not all eligible applicants will receive one
