Associate Professor Zhou Yimin, Director (Advisory & Partnership), NUS Cities
Assoc Prof Zhou Yimin worked at the Singapore Public Service and at the World Bank Group, leading projects that shaped urban strategies and development policies in both Singapore and developing countries. His work also focused on strengthening partnerships between the public sector and academia in applied research on topics such as smart cities, digital transformation, the future of mobility, and complexity science. He has an academic background in Urban Planning and Geographic Information Systems, and holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University. He was a Visiting Fellow at the Tencent Institute (from 2020 to 2021) and a Fellow of the International Visitor Leadership Program under the U.S. Department of State (2022).
