Club Day brings summer to RMIT Vietnam

More than one thousand students and 47 clubs came out to enjoy a fun, summer-themed Club Day at Saigon South and Hanoi campuses.

RMIT Vietnam Student Life Senior Manager Tim Burdeu said Club Day celebrates one of the key differentiators of the University.

“The student club program includes a range of sports, business, community, and recreation clubs with around 2,000 registered members,” Mr Burdeu said.

“The event offered a chance for clubs to showcase their activities and benefits.

“More importantly, it allowed students to engage with like-minded friends and have fun, and to develop important life skills around leadership, teamwork and self-development.”

The semester 2 Club Day themes were ‘Hawaii’ and ‘Atlantis’ for Saigon South campus and Hanoi campus respectively.
