Vietnam - Poland Higher Educational Forum

Event description

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Poland (4 February 1950 – 4 February 2025), the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Hanoi and RMIT Vietnam are honoured to co-host the Vietnam - Poland Higher Education Forum 2025.

The forum is organised to celebrate the enduring cooperation between the two nations over the decades, in which education and training have always played a pivotal role. The program will include welcome remarks, presentations from NAWA and RMIT Vietnam and a roundtable discussion on strengthening higher education collaboration.

Kozminski University Warsaw-based private business university with “triple crown” accreditations (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA). Offers business and law programs in Polish and English
The Silesian University of Technology (SUT) Founded in 1945, one of Poland’s top 10 research universities with 14 faculties, 60+ programs, and 16,500 students. Member of the European University Initiative.
University of Gdańsk Northern Poland’s largest university with 11 faculties and 22,000 students. Known for innovation, sustainability, and strong research in cancer and quantum science.
AGH University of Kraków Leading technical university (est. 1913) with 17 faculties and 19,000 students. Focused on engineering, IT, and innovation.
University of Warsaw (UW) Poland’s top and largest university (est. 1816), ranked in the world’s top 3%. 25 faculties, 42 English programs and member of the 4EU+ Alliance. 
Civitas University Founded in 1997 by Polish Academy of Sciences professors. Offers practical programs in social sciences and media in Polish and English.
Vizja University New private university (2025) in Warsaw and Cracow which offers modern programs in management, psychology, and arts with international focus. 
Jagiellonian University Founded in 1364, this is one of Europe’s oldest universities with 32,000 students. Strong in interdisciplinary research and global cooperation
University of Łódz Central Poland’s largest university (26,000 students), promoting creativity, diversity, and international engagement through UNIC Alliance. 
University of Białystok One of the largest in north-eastern Poland with 10,000 students and 15 faculties. Offers 500+ English-taught courses and 600+ global partnerships
Poznań University of Technology (PUT) Established 1955, leading technical university with 9 faculties and 16,000 students with strengths in engineering, IT, and R&D.
University of Warmia and Mazury (UWM) One of the largest universities in the north and north-eastern Poland. Offers programs in agriculture, biology, engineering, and veterinary sciences on a scenic campus.
Cracow University of Economics (UEK) The top economics and business university (est. 1925) with 15,000+ students and strong business-industry ties.
Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa (JDU) Public university with six faculties and a medical college with over 60 study fields and active in international alliances.
University of Wrocław (UWr) Historic public university (since 1702) with 12 faculties and 20,000 students. Member of the Arqus European University Alliance.
Study in Lublin The city-led program promotes Lublin’s nine universities to international students through support, scholarships, and integration initiatives.
