Phil Smith held management roles in the Australian telecommunications industry in Human Resources, Project Management and Customer Relationship Management. He has taught extensively in Australian universities, China and Vietnam. Now, Senior Lecturer in International Business teaching Post and Undergraduate courses in International Business, Leadership, Management, and Design Thinking.
