Dr. Richard Ramsawak is a Lecturer of Economics at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) – University, Vietnam, and former Head of the Center of Strategy and Competitiveness – at Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago. He has lectured at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels in research methods, applied economics, micro and macroeconomics, mathematical methods in economics, data visualization, and business analytics.

He is also a Director of Competitive Insights and Data Analytics Services Limited (CIDA). Dr. Ramsawak has significant experience coordinating the development and implementation of national-level strategic plans and competitiveness initiatives domestically and internationally.
