This course is designed for mid- to senior-level managers with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing and operations roles within local or international companies, who are committed to driving operational excellence and leading digital transformation within their organisations.

The course is structured over four days, totaling 34 hours of learning. The course is delivered in a blended format, combining on-campus sessions and an on-site Bosch plant visit. The course modules include:
