With 35 years of industrial experience, he offers invaluable insights into Strategic Leadership, Organisation Transformation, Executive Coaching, Competency Assessment, and Talent Development.

Dr Voon's expertise transcends borders. He has collaborated with a diverse range of clients across the globe, from Shell and BP to Nike and HSBC, crafting vital 'People Strategies' for over 25,000 executives in multinational corporations. His work spans continents, reaching countries like Azerbaijan, China, Thailand, and Australia, to name just a few.

In the classroom, Dr Voon's teaching style is both reflective and practical.
