Flexible online learning with SCD

Continue your education with online learning

The world has changed, and digital learning and skills have never been more important.

We understand that this is a whole new way of studying for most. Many creative arts courses require hands-on learning, and we go into detail about how this is done.

The unique RMIT approach

The School of Communication & Design offers an online learning experience that still provides high interactivity, with extra attention paid to students in the online setting.

What does an online class look like?

All classes are held live on Collaborate Ultra, or available pre-recorded. We also use Microsoft Teams for our one-on-one tutorials.

All sessions are available afterwards for revision, and we have a weekly recap video.

What to expect from online studies

Associate Lecturer Bill Au encourages students to stay engaged by following the audio narration, participating and being proactive in group and class activities, discussing and sharing their ideas, as well as getting support when they need it.
