Virtual Career Fair 2021

The annual event RMIT Career Fair will support RMIT students and alumni navigate the transition from university to industry. This year, the Virtual Career Fair will connect RMIT participants with professionals from over 30 companies and organisations in different industries. This is your chance to share your values and boost your employability! 

During this time of uncertainty, RMIT students and alumni from all campuses can join in the event for free by accessing an interactive digital platform. With the 24/7 available access to the VCF digital platform, students and alumni can log in and browse for job and internship opportunities anytime, anywhere. Between 7 and 9 September, you can interact directly with company recruiters to get more in-time information through the chatbox or video call, available sessions are:

• Morning: 9 - 11am
• Afternoon: 2 - 4pm

Prior to the Virtual Career Fair, you can join the online workshop "Job hunting strategies and how to adapt in the digital workplace":

To prepare yourself and maximise your potential before going to the Virtual Career Fair, you can:

• Get your CV and portfolio (if any) ready and be confident to share your stories and experience with employers
• Research about companies of your interests to understand what recruiters or employers are looking for
• Prepare questions to ask and interact with recruiters
• Prepare what to wear and take a friend to go to the VCF with you!
• And don't forget to create your account on the virtual platform at least 1 week before the fair and browse through the companies and available jobs!

Step 2: You'll receive an email from us 10 days prior to the event. Please sign up for the VCF platform following the email.

Step 3: Take a screenshot of your VOCF register and inbox us to receive your gift voucher.
