The Logisticom 2021

The Logisticom is an annual competition of national scale with 5 successful seasons hosted by RMIT Vietnam Business Club. Back with season 6, the competition comes back with the theme of “A Matter of Customer-Centric Supply Chain”, which will be a practical playground for Logistics and Supply Chain Management students to sharpen their wits and step out of their comfort zone. This will be a great chance for students to solve real challenges from industry sponsors and bring about valuable internship offers. 

Joining the Opening Ceremony, you will hear the sharing of guest speakers from top companies in the industry about the portrayal of Logistics and Supply Chain Management industry transformation in the new normal and how a Customer-Centric Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in the 4.0 era together with business development.

The Opening Ceremony will be streamed on The Logisticom Facebook page from 6 to 8.30pm on 16 October 2021 with the participation of the following guest speakers:

• Mr Greg Ohan - CEO and Co-founder of The Sentry Vietnam 
• Mr Andrea Tretti - Supply Chain Director of CEL 
• Mr Nguyen Hoang Hai - COO of ABA Cooltrans

Students will form a team of 4 to compete and register their team at the official website (will be launched soon).

ELIGIBILITY: Students from the age of 18-22, currently enrolled in or graduated under 6 months from universities located in Vietnam, or have under one year of working experience.

• 30 October 2021: Registration form close

ROUND 1 - Customer Catchers: 17 October - 21 November 2021

Each team will enter two challenges

• Challenge 1A: Create a 4-minute video to identify the gap between the importance and performance of customer-centric supply chain practices Challenge 1B: Multiple-choice test - Complete 25 questions of fundamental LSCM knowledge in 30 minutes

ROUND 2 - Troubleshooters: 22 November - 1 December 2021

Top 9 will advance to the next round, where they will be provided with two case studies - A Regular Chain and A Cold Chain, with the guidance of the industry sponsors.

ROUND 3 - X-Winners: 2 - 12 December 2021

The top 4 final teams will solve one case study provided by the sponsors. The solutions will be presented in the Closing Ceremony, which will be live-streamed on The Logisticom Facebook page.
