Before you can enrol online, you need to activate your network and student accounts by following this step-by-step guide. Let's get started!

Before Enrolment
1. Ensure you have paid the deposit
- RMIT ID: your s-number (e.g. s123456). It is called student ID in your RMIT enrolment email. - Current password: the letter ‘p’ followed by your date of birth in reverse order (yyyymmdd) and an exclamation mark (e.g. 28 April 1995 is p19950428!) - New password: type your new password (Tip: Read the instructions for password format and set your password following those rules.) - Confirm new password: re-type your new password and then click Change Password **Important: Change your temporary password as soon as possible to make sure your student account is secure. You will need your new password to access all RMIT systems, including your student email account.2. Change your password
3. Activate your RMIT network and email
- Access to Google email (https://mail.google.com (link is external))
- Gmail username:

- User password: your new password
Note: RMIT University uses Google email for email communication and all official notices from now on will be sent to your student email account.
**Important: Before going to the next step, make sure you have completed all the steps listed above.
Enrolment
4. Log in to the enrolment system
Access the Online Enrolment System (OES) by clicking here:
**Important: Vietnamese students must provide details of their National ID Card for the purpose of National Medical Insurance. Be sure to have your ID card ready when you start using OES.

Note:
- It is recommended that you follow the program map where possible, and you must enrol for the whole academic year.
- Study Abroad/ Exchange students will be pre-enrolled by RMIT University Vietnam into your approved courses.
- Students of selected programs will be enrolled in advance into courses for the academic year. You are encouraged to follow this enrolment and not make changes, as the sequence of courses follows your program structure (based on available courses) and is expected to give you a better learning experience.
