Friday, October 20, 2017 - 10:58

This week marks the beginning of an important journey for hundreds of students at RMIT Vietnam’s Saigon South and Hanoi City campuses.

For these new students, the University has organised a series of activities over several weeks to get them ready for university life.

Starting with Orientation Day on 12 October, the new students will explore their respective campus and discover what university life has to offer. Other events and activities will be organised to help them make friends, join clubs, and get involved in the university community.

New students get the basics about university life at information sessions.

Reading through information about RMIT Vietnam’s 60+ clubs and societies, new student An (middle) told his friends: “I’m going to join the basketball club.”

Students play games and make new friends.

Students asked lecturers and staff questions about university life.

New students learn about all the services available to them such as Student Academic Success, Library, Careers, Sport and Recreation, and others.
