Online health declaration is required to access RMIT campuses during the current COVID-19 period.

Updated: Sunday 2 May 2021, 7:00PM

The RMIT health declaration form is for the purpose of protecting the health, safety and welfare of anyone who may enter and undertake activities on RMIT campuses in Vietnam, and protecting the RMIT community from the spread of COVID-19.

How it works

Step 1: Fill and submit an online health declaration form:

Step 2: Check your inbox for an email confirmation from health.safety@rmit.edu.vn, which will state your access clearance status.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email confirmation.

For RMIT students and staff that are granted campus access, this includes collecting a sticker certifying your status from the following locations:

  • Saigon South campus: Under the canopy between AB1 and AB2 – download the map for details.
  • Hanoi campus: Student Commons room, Level 1, Tower B - download the map for details.
  • Danang campus: Receptionist area

The sticker must be clearly visible on your RMIT student or staff card.

Students and staff that are declined campus access will self-evaluate based on the Government’s advice and the University instructions. At risk cases will be monitored and followed up with by RMIT Connect (students) or Human Resources (staff).
