Overview

This online event provides a unique opportunity for all RMIT students to interact with 20+ industry leaders and experts from government bodies, start-ups, local businesses, not-for-profits and multinational corporations.

Grow your network to be a future global leader

The event features experts and leaders from Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, India, Germany and Vietnam who will be discussing global topics, pressing issues facing the world today and speak to their own leadership journey. This will be an amazing opportunity for RMIT students to connect with the leaders and experts as well as other international students, grow their network, gain professional insights and be prepared to be future leaders.

Diversify your knowledge

Students will hear from famous international keynote speakers such as Penny Wong - Senator for South Australia and Stan Grant - Journalist, TV Presenter and Author. The guest speakers will pick their favourite sessions with a variety of themes including gender equality, reconciliation, disability, leadership, the future of tech, entrepreneurship sustainability, mental health and more. This will help diversify your knowledge that will not only be helpful for your studies but also for your employability and interpersonal skills.

Meet the Vietnamese leaders and representatives

Among global leaders and experts, the event also features two special Vietnamese guest speakers - Ms Linh Thai and Ms Thu Vu, who will be sharing how to think like an entrepreneur and problems in the fast fashion industry as well as sustainability. Students will have an opportunity to learn more about leadership from the Vietnamese point of view while also learning from other global experts.
