Career Mentoring Week Semester 3 2021

Career Mentoring Week is back this semester! It is a chance to expand your professional network and gain more career-related knowledge through insightful stories from industry mentors via these amazing activities:

• Career Consultation: Drop-in consultations with the program organizers to learn more about mentoring, benefits of having a mentor, career goals assessment and get recommended with suitable mentors.
• Mentoring Workshops: Masterclass with guest mentors to learn about industry-relevant skills for your future employability.
• Career Conversations: Panel discussions with guest mentors from a specific industry on detailed information about the industry that they are working in.
• Virtual Express Mentoring: An online networking event for mentors and mentees from various industry backgrounds to meet up, network, and exchange career-related insights.

• Did you know that Career Mentoring Week is hosted every semester with an average participation of more than 400 students?
• 87% of mentees feel empowered by their mentoring relationships and have developed greater career confidence.
• All of the guest speakers and facilitators are RMIT mentors in the program.
• In the program, there are more than 300 active mentors from various industries and nationalities.
