Hilda had supervised research-based dissertations of students who studied in University of Northumbria at Newcastle, the UK partnered with Vocational Training Council, Hong Kong and Scared Heart Canossian College of Commerce.

Prior to devoting herself to teaching and research at the RMIT Vietnam, Hilda has made contributions to a variety of industries, including journalism, public relations, marketing and management. Having served as the roles of Department Head of Marketing Studies at Scared Heart Canossian College of Commerce and Registrar at Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications respectively, she has been well-equipped with high competence in quality assurance mechanism.

Hilda has extensive teaching experiences at various universities, e.g. City University of Hong Kong; Hong Kong Baptist University; University of Northumbria at Newcastle, the UK partnered with Vocational Training Council, Hong Kong; and University of Hong Kong.
