Dr. Anantha Raj A. Arokiasamy (Alex) has joined RMIT University Vietnam as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business and Management. He has more than 15 years of tertiary working experience teaching undergraduate, postgraduate students across many disciplines within the management programs.

Dr. Alex has published more than 50 journal articles and 3 books on Leadership and Management. His personal mission is one that encompasses lifelong learning, leadership development and performance optimization coupled with a healthy, happy, and moral means for living.
