Digital Government

Digital government refers to the use of digital technologies to create public value as an integrated part of government’s modernization strategies. According to the OECD Recommendation of the Council on Digital Government Strategies, digital government framework consists of six dimensions including digital by design, data-driven public sector, government as a platform, open by default, user-driven, and proactiveness as shown in Figure 1.
