Jacob Heinrich

President's Executive and Head of School of English and University Pathways

Mr Heinrich is responsible for leading School of English & University Pathways in its mission to provide language instruction for students on a higher education academic pathway. He joined RMIT Vietnam in 2016 from the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, where he led the transition of ABC International’s range of education products into digital commercial offerings in key overseas markets. He also led the development of digital English language learning content on Australia’s largest education social media platform.

Jason Costa

School Manager, (SEUP) School of English & University Pathways

Jason has over 20 years’ experience in the TESOL field (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) in both the United States and Vietnam. He started his career working with Vietnamese immigrants in secondary education in the United States before moving to Vietnam and joining RMIT. From 2006 to present, he has worked in the SEUP as a teacher, Academic Coordinator and School Manager.

Urica Lopez

Head of Department - English Pathways

Urica has worked in the field of English language teaching since 2001. She began her career teaching second language high school students in the USA before moving to Thailand to train English language teachers. In 2008, Urica joined RMIT University at its Melbourne campus where she taught, wrote curriculum and managed English language programs for international students. At present, Urica oversees the English for University program at RMIT Vietnam with a goal to provide outstanding learning experiences for students preparing to study in higher education.



Ronnie Hill

Head of Department - New Initiatives

Ronnie has been working in Vietnam since 2001 as an English language teacher, teacher trainer, and manager. She has been with RMIT Vietnam for over five years, and her current responsibilities include national curriculum development, Teen and IELTS program management, and organisation of SEUP'sTeacher Talks at RMIT professional development series for the teaching community in Danang, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
