The principle of “belonging” is central to RMIT’s strategy of creating life-changing educational experiences for students. A sense of belonging to a community – whether that is to a club, a program, or the university community as a whole – can impact a student’s satisfaction and achievement. This sense of belonging has been promoted by RMIT globally and locally for a number of years.
Until the end of 2017, the Where We Belong campaign will renew RMIT Vietnam’s focus and commitment to this sense of belonging. Through a series of grassroots initiatives and communications activities, the campaign aims to increase students’ sense of belonging to the University community and to help them connect with the many opportunities which contribute to their unique experience.
The campaign project team works with Student Council, student clubs, and stakeholders across the University to organise Where We Belong activities. If you have questions or would like to organise an activity under the Where We Belong banner, please contact email@example.com.
